Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikilsa)- A comprehensive massage therapy designed to attain longevity, to slow down the ageing process and to fight degenerative conditions. With ageing the cells and tissues of the human body undergoes changes; affecting the functioning of the entire body system. This program aims to rejuvenate the body through massage with medicated oil and cream. A complete body massage is done with hand and foot by two masseurs. The medicated oil and cream used in the treatment rejuvenates the cells and tissues whilst building up the immunity power. Internal revitalizing medicines and medicated steam baths are also used in the therapy. The therapy can extent from 90 minutes to 2 hours per day lasting for 7 to 14 days.

Body Massage Therapy (Shodhan Chikilsa) - This therapy, based on the
Panchakarma and Swetakarma treatments, aims to holistically purify the body to help attain a proper balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This is a 15-day long therapy which includes - body massage, snehapanam, nasyam, verechanam, snehvasti, pizhichil, tharpanam, sirovasti, steam bath, herbal drinks and herbal bath with medicated water.


Body Immunisation / Longevity Treatment (Kayakalpa Chikitsa) - This is one of
the key treatments in Ayurveda for slowing down the ageing process, preventing the degeneration of body cells and for immunizing the whole system. Based on the Panchakarma and Swetakarma treatments, this procedure lasting up to 28 days include: herbal-oil body massage, special diet, rasayana intake, snehpanam, virechanam, nasyam, snehvasti, kashaya vasti, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, tharpanam, sirovasti, karnapporanam, medicated steam bath, yoga and meditation. The treatment is recommended for people less than 60 years old.
